VIP subscriptions are digital services billed through our third-party payment processor. By subscribing, you gain access to VIP features for the duration of your billing period.
You may cancel your VIP subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will keep VIP access until that date. No further charges will be made after cancellation.
Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of purchase if the service was not accessible. Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once the billing period has started and the service has been used.
To request a refund or help with billing, email [email protected] with your account email and the date of purchase. We aim to respond within a few business days.
No refunds are issued for accounts banned for violating our Community Guidelines or Terms of Service.
